well it wasn't rape and the kids were 1 year to a few months under the legal age of consent If i were a judge I would dismiss this case too, no one got hurt, and no one needs to get hurt by a tainted record and/or prison time

Plus rape has an unfortunate reputation - partially because it is so difficult to prove - as a crime used by women who made a mistake and don't want to take the blame for it).

I honestly think it's stupid that this girl gets off with a slap on the wrist but if it were a man that man would probably get punished. I don't think that's fair at all.
