The Pirate Party does not support illegal downloading.
The Pirate Party does support lowering patent expiration dates, from a ridiculous 50 years down to 5-10.
America actually has a small Pirate Party with 1 candidate. Only, I would never vote for him because he seems like another guy who wants to bring religion into the government.
