Haha Brianna Wu isn't gonna be the democratic candidate in 2020, that's never gonna happen.
This is highly dependent on who the Dems pick for 2020. If they pick some retard like Kaine, or god forbid, Brianna Wu, then they're completely fucked and Trump will win another four years.
IF Dems choose a Moderate Pragmatist, they could win in 2020, a Liberal Idealist, no: Because a lot of People think the left is heading straight for Communism, or State Enforced Sharia Law.

Choosing another "Moderate Pragmatist", someone like Clinton or Kaine, shows right through to their corruption in government and how absolutely terrible their neoliberal policies are. There is no room for moderation in America anymore. You attempt to appeal to different demographics of people or you fail at it, with only a relatively few moderates actually existing.

And no, they don't need a more moderate candidate, they need someone who understands the frustration of the common man without bait-and-switch politics that the current prez utilized, nor identity politics which Hillary though were a great idea, and also can present a soluition to improve the conditions for the lower and middle class. Ironically free healthcare and ripping out red-tape and bullshit for-money education seems to be the actual solution, because many are poor and in bad health, yet can't neither afford proper healthcare nor proper (re) education, which is needed since manual labor jobs are gonna be a thing of the past with automatization, assistive technologies and poor countries severely undercutting the living wage in the US. Unless the US is turned into a third world poor country. [editline]12th February 2017[/editline] It's a investment for the current and future generation, but ofcourse it's not gonna pay off right away.
someone doesnt want re-election
Haha Brianna Wu isn't gonna be the democratic candidate in 2020, that's never gonna happen.
To be fair, we said the same thing about Trump.
To be fair, we said the same thing about Trump.
Trump got lucky
He isnt elected AFAIK
It was hosted by another Republican who supports Bill. People down here are pissed, though I'm not in 12th district, so I don't know the situation there, but I imagine it's not good. [editline]12th February 2017[/editline]
Trump got lucky
What's stopping Wu from getting lucky? Fight the enemy at every chance or your complacency will be your undoing. Hillary lost the rust belt due to complacency since she expected to win it because Obama did. Look how that played out.
If the DNC backs Wu as a candidate in 2020, I'd eat my shoe. Nobody outside of people on the internet has any idea who she is.

She has no qualifications period. There is luck then there is unfeasibly lucky. [editline]12th February 2017[/editline] Brianna Wu/Christian Weston Chandler 2020
It was posted a couple days ago but he quit after his social media postings became public. Dude was a certified loon
It's actually quite beautiful, really. He quit a terrible job to pick up his true calling;
"If liberals want to say, 'Ha ha, we got him to resign,' they did not. I resigned so I have the freedom to state what I want to state as a private citizen, and I don't want to be restricted by the (party's) loyalty oath," said Akins, 63.
Being a terrible person who spouts lies.

so I have the freedom to state what I want to state as a private citizen, and I don't want to be restricted by the (party's) loyalty oath

I don't get it his goal is to say shitty things without being bound to representing his constituents, even though spouting the falsehoods no longer benefit him financially or earn other form of power? He's just that mad about the nonexistent death panels that he just wants to be a pissant lunatic ranting and raving in his own house???
The GOP is clinically retarded (as evidenced by this video), and yet they currently dominate American politics. :suicide:
If the DNC backs Wu as a candidate in 2020, I'd eat my shoe. Nobody outside of people on the internet has any idea who she is.
Toxx it, I dare you.
If the DNC backs Wu as a candidate in 2020, I'd eat my shoe. Nobody outside of people on the internet has any idea who she is.
If Trump can be president I see no reason why Wu couldn't be in Congress. They are both about equally qualified for their respective posts.
Dude is completely unhinged.
Dude is completely unhinged.
Holy fuck...this guy is a congressman? Jesus Christ I might run for office someday if this is the standard I have to meet.
Holy fuck...this guy is a congressman? Jesus Christ I might run for office someday if this is the standard I have to meet.
Not a congressman, but he does officially represent the people. So yeah, certainly doesn't look good on the GOP having this kind of person on board.
Reminds me of how the conservatives were able to kill the very reasonable estate tax that would tax obscenely large inheritances to promote putting money back in the economy instead of hoarding all of it by calling it a "death tax".
How to kill or create laws according to Republicans: If you want it to pass, put the word "freedom" in it. If you want it to fail, put the word "death" in it.
