Fascism, Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Liberalism, Oligarchy, Dictatorships, and Nazis all are synonymous with Democrats. Only Republicans are true Americans.
It's got sources cited. If The Young Turks can be posted here, I don't see why an article sourcing Rasmussen polls cannot.
nonono, its because the young turks is actually correct.
You mean like the people did to the park out front of the State Capitol in Madison?
Come on, surely you must have had a hint this article was going to be extremely biased if it throws around "Liberal Elite", "Marxist tactics", and "Obama is a Far-Left ideologue". Not one of those things is even remotely accurate, factual, or reasonable.
How typical of people on both sides of the spectrum. If they disagree with the findings of the article, they simply dismiss it as "biased."
Ridge, the man who wrote this article clearly has no grasp on reality. He's criticizing Obama for celebrating his own birthday party!
how do you not hate the teapartiers? they call the president an african just because he is black, they hate human rights, they tend to be rather racist, and have an incredibly close-minded viewpoint. and yeah unions are so bad oh god oh man
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Simply because there are loud assholes with prejudices in the crowd, does not make the whole program prejudiced.
My sarcasm detector has a 100% readout, but it's been known to fail on the Internet before, so... you're being sarcastic - right?
of course not vote michelle bachmann 2012.
Ridge, the man who wrote this article clearly has no grasp on reality. He's criticizing Obama for celebrating his own birthday party!
Pro-tip. I'm not British. I'm an American, I live in Colorado. I never bashed Obama for celebrating his birthday. You are wrong. You have been wrong in every assumption you have made of me thus far.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Simply because there are loud assholes with prejudices in the crowd, does not make the whole program prejudiced.
It does when they are leading the crowd.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Simply because there are loud assholes with prejudices in the crowd, does not make the whole program prejudiced.
As a democrat, Obama supporter and a Liberal I must admit he has a point. Much of the Tea Party is merely economically conservative without having prejudice or anything like that. They're not dumb people, they juts have different opinions. Except the people we see on TV from the Tea Party rallies. They are often just dumb. (Example: "Send 'Bama back terr' Kenya!") [editline]9th August 2011[/editline]
of course not vote michelle bachmann 2012.
Oh thank god. :v:
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Simply because there are loud assholes with prejudices in the crowd, does not make the whole program prejudiced.
You kind of have to wonder when those loud assholes are the ones the program chooses the represent them publicly.
You kind of have to wonder when those loud assholes are the ones the program chooses the represent them publicly.
Kind of like the politicians that represent the Tea party.
Pro-tip. I'm not British. I'm an American, I live in Colorado. I never bashed Obama for celebrating his birthday. You are wrong. You have been wrong in every assumption you have made of me thus far.
Do you want me to reconstruct the sentence for you?. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: It is my opinion that the person responsible for spawning this blog post of which we are currently discussing is demonstrating a viewpoint which is clearly uneducated. As example, he is making outlandish and extremely flawed criticism. I never said he was you, you git.
Pro-tip. I'm not British. I'm an American, I live in Colorado. I never bashed Obama for celebrating his birthday. You are wrong.
Kind of like the politicians that represent the Tea party.
Exactly like them.
Obama could come out of the closest and declare his atheism and he would still win against the GOP because their primary is currently a clusterfuck and it will only get worse going on.
At least Ron and Rand stick to their guns and maintain their position on the topic.
Why is being consistent on a bad opinion better than changing your opinion when the need arises
Article

Liberal Blog bashing republicans: 4 pages of insults and jokes Republican/Conservative news/cited blog story: not news, blogs not allowed, report, move along. Why am I not surprised?
For starters, it should be pointed out that most posters are idiots: Whatever gets posted that institutes a cheap laugh or 'crowning moment of awesome', they will rate 50x Winner or 50x Zing, so saying "Oh yeah, well as soon as a liberal blog or young turks is posted etc etc" Secondly, no blog should be posted here. Left Wing or Right Wing. Factual, as-least-bias-as-possible news such as the BBC, Al Jazerra, etc are the only things that should be posted. Blogs are bias. The Young Turks are bias, etc. Thirdly, any piece which uses words such as 'conservatives are fascists', 'Obama is a communist', or 'Sarah Palin has a point' should never be taken seriously or even be considered as a decent source of infomation. So please, for the sake of Facepunch: Stop. Posting. This. Nonsense. Or at least stop shouting "Blah blah liberal posters do it too!". Put the Internet down, and stop making yourselves and the other conservative posters of Facepunch look like complete idiots by posting this innate shite. That goes for you too liberals. It's boring.
How typical of people on both sides of the spectrum. If they disagree with the findings of the article, they simply dismiss it as "biased."
Oh shut up Ridge, this is a bias article and the guy is an idiot. It's an opinion piece and it's not news. God you're annoyingly ignorant. [editline]8th August 2011[/editline]
To be fair, nobody really complains when Staticman uses "rightwingwatch.org" Except me of course, but everyone ignores me anyway.
We ignore you because it's better than arguing with the willfully ignorant. And we ALL complain when Staticman uses rightwingwatch.
Oh shut up Ridge, this is a bias article and the guy is an idiot. It's an opinion piece and it's not news. God you're annoyingly ignorant.
Come on, man. You never have any problem when Staticman or anyone else posts liberally biased articles.
Or at least stop shouting "Blah blah liberal posters do it too!"
Having an opinion doesn't make you biased, misconstruing facts and presenting information in a way that tilts it to agree with you is biased.
While I have to generally agree with most of the main points, I do have to say that the 'rigidly left' ideological comment in point 4 is complete bullshit. While the goals are left leaning, all that Obama has done is force compromise with the right.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Simply because there are loud assholes with prejudices in the crowd, does not make the whole program prejudiced.
Except every now and then, Teaparty leaders, people they flock around, ideas agreed on are synonymous with the assholes with prejudices. So yeah, it makes the whole group prejudiced.
Come on, man. You never have any problem when Staticman or anyone else posts liberally biased articles.
You should learn to pay attention, people pretty much tell him not to use it. Regardless, it's normally reporting on things done or said. This is a full opinion article of the most bias and bullshit sort.
Having an opinion doesn't make you biased, misconstruing facts and presenting information in a way that tilts it to agree with you is biased.
Having a personal opinion doesn't make you bias. Writing about it and passing it off as news does. That's what Ridge is doing by posting blogs here.
We ignore you because it's better than arguing with the willfully ignorant.
That seems like a rather condescending thing to say.
Come on, man. You never have any problem when Staticman or anyone else posts liberally biased articles.
I biased article is different than an opinion piece If an opinion piece cites a source on something, and one of the sources is the news article you want to make a thread about, fine But a thread just for an opinion piece isn't a news thread
Obama could come out of the closest and declare his atheism and he would still win against the GOP because their primary is currently a clusterfuck and it will only get worse going on.
I don't know. Mitt Romney stayed clear of this entire deficit problem, and he seems Presidential compared to everyone in existance in the GOP right about now. He literally has to sit on his ass for the next 6 months and he's got a hot chance of winning the nomination, so long as GOP pragmatists speak out against Tea Partiers.
How am I "willfully ignorant"? I'm alway respectful of other opinions.
Most I see is agreement for anything Republican. It's hard to see what you're respectful of with your head so far up the GOP's ass.
