Guys, I just realized, It makes perfect sense if you stop to think about it! They didn't want people to see him react to the poison, so they shot him in the head to paralyze him and make sure he would die!

Oh, on a side note, I got hit in the head by a piece of rebar today. Hurts like hell, and I feel a little wierd. Should be fine though.
