I wondered why I couldn't see my data usage for a few hours yesterday!
Its been 30+ down in Vic for a while, but I'm not complaining, as long as the 40's don't come back down for a while.
About the humidity, north gets more humid weather, south doesn't (from my experience at least)
I did some work on my car in my dads workshop on Monday... which has no A/C and I was explicitly told to have all of the doors closed while I was there. Sweat was pouring off me like never before. wouldn't be surprised if it hit above 44 where I was. It was totally worth it though
This has got me wondering though, how does australia compare to other countries in the % of people that buy after market heat sinks for their CPU's?
Everytime a mate gets me to build them a pc I always ask them "do you have the best AC money can buy?" because if its a no your gaming pc aint going to be running anything cpu intensive during summer.
It got to 45c here the other day and even my liquid cooling unit was struggling to keep the thing cool.
I got sick of my old PWM fans on my cooler (Hyper 212) so I opted for a single 'silent' fan
Idling right now 46-50. She'll be right
so right now it's only 28 degrees in sydney, i'm guessing it was above 40 yesterday??
This was in Perth, not Sydney. Other side of the country. It was 40+ on Monday our time.
