I do too. Don't take it the wrong way, I love the iPhone, but I fucking hate Apple. They barely get it and they just get lucky. It's like if Ikea sued somebody for using wood screws, nails, and glue in one piece of furniture.
None of the standards has been invented by them, and it's obvious to have as many as possible of them in one device.
Right now, I use 2 Nokia devices, and nothing from Apple, but I really don't think that was fair of Nokia.

But nails and glue aren't patented, unless it's some SpecialScrew 9000 or MagicGlue Ultra, in what case naturally Ikea would sue since profits are lost.

But as far as I know, none of Wifi, GSM or UMTS is patented by Nokia, so it is actually the same.
I hope Nokia losses, just for the precedent this would set if they won. I don't like it when people win lawsuits about patent infringement, every time that happens, it gets a little easier to sue someone for violating a patent, and you already have to be careful enough.
