I honestly don't care that he makes more money than me. He makes his money in an extremely simple way with hardly any work. It's lazy. I work 12 hour shifts 14 days a month to make $18 an hour, at a pipe threading factory threading pipes (with OD's anywhere from 4.5" to 9 5/8") for fracking. I work hard for my money. That there is the difference. I'd rather work hard for my money than be some obnoxious prick who makes shitty videos where I act like a fool on YouTube. That may be a bit of a "dickish view" but at least I'm not forcing my views on anyone else. They are my own views and I don't care if anyone disagrees with them.
I know you said you don't care but that is quite a toxic view of him. It's just a silly character who happened to explode on youtube. Actual pewdie is a very cool person if you've seen anything of his where he isn't in his character.
I work 12 hour shifts 14 days a month to make $18 an hour
This averages out to 42 hour weeks at almost twice the minimum wage, which is pretty great. I think PewDiePie's product is low quality but it's not as though he's getting money for nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if the total amount of time he puts into planning, recording, and editing his videos hits 42 hours a week or even more. PewDiePie and Youtube aren't unique in this, people with good entrepreneurial skills (plus a bit of luck) and an ability to market themselves always end up making far more money than people who are good at building things or solving problems. Think of it this way, if you ever found yourself in a position where you owned that factory you work at you'd make tons more money for doing less work.
I feel shitty saying anything negative about pewdiepie, since he personally gave me a shout out and called me "legendary" (although the shout out was deep in the description so my views didn't quite explode) but his "character" is annoying to the point of being cringe-worthy. I've only seen his Skate 3 videos, but even though his reactions are funny and the way he plays games is excellent (for Skate 3 anyways, his first impulse is to try to fuck the game up as much as possible, which is awesome), his sense of humor is clearly aimed at middle schoolers and is inaccessible to people who are older.
What did he give you a shout out for?
What did he give you a shout out for?
On some of his Skate 3 videos he said that he got some of the glitches from my channel.
ITT people with views less than 1000
I'll have you know I have one Alvin and The Chipmunks video I made back in 2008 with 2 million views. Though the videos I try with I get less than 1,000 views...
This right here is some of the scummiest shit I've heard. "haha what are opinions everything except what i like is clearly inferior and you have to be a retard to like it" It's literally what you're saying, and there's no denying that. It's pretty fucking ironic that people like you who seem to claim some sort of "mature highground" are pretty goddamn immature yourself in delivering your point. Good fucking job.

There's a difference between his yelling in 2012 to now. Finebros did an elders react on March, which is more accurate than Retsupurae's video.
