In the end it's their money they're wasting.
And their air they're polluting.
They should dump some tea in the water.
If they do that then our only option will be to crack out the ICBM's
If they want the Falklands back then why don't they just start a military conflict over it.
Would the U.S. get involved in a second Falkands War? We didn't the first time around but that was a different era.
Ahahaha oh god that is the shittiest attempt at the flag i ever did see.
We should send them a box of chocolates to thank them for burning that horrible imitation of a flag.
I blame Sean Penn.
it looked like it was made in argentina
Fixed that for you.
looks like they were too poor to go buy a union jack.
The government and the people hate that they don't have access over the island because it's a mix of pride damage, anger and oil. So that's why they are butthurt over this whole thing.
I'd find it interesting if there's anyone from Argentina on facepunch and to hear their angle on this. Sure there are these protests and stuff, but how blown up are they and what is the general public view on this? Does it anger most Argentinians or are the majority really not that bothered either way?
There's quite a few on here, and most of them seem to think what their government is doing is dumb.
I'm Argentinian and I support this, the flag is wrongly done as part of the insult.
Important to note that this is not the view of every Argie, as is always the case the media just want the best material to stur shit up. Even so the falklands dont want to be argy so thats an end of it. America themselves getting envolved is not likely, but as they are in nato so that could possibly mean millitary envolvment or at the very least use of airbases in the region, other countries on the otherhand specifically france would have to get envolved as we'd be aquiring their aircraft carrier.
looks like they were too poor to go buy a union jack.
It's Union Flag when on land, Union Jack when on a ship.
I'm Argentinian and I support this, the flag is wrongly done as part of the insult.
An Insult done correctly, is at best, no insult, at worse, makes you look like a moron. Try flipping someone off with your Index finger and see how offended they are.
Just go and burn whatever you want, we don't care. [editline]17th February 2012[/editline] Unless it's the tea
That shit would piss off the Russians too.
If they start another war over the islands I'd say the US Navy would get involved, as well as the British and other NATO forces, it'll be hilariously one sided.
Every Ship, Helicopter and Aircraft should have speakers installed, playing this on loop.
If they start another war over the islands I'd say the US Navy would get involved, as well as the British and other NATO forces, it'll be hilariously one sided.
And then the entire Argentinian fleet gets sunk by all those illegal mines they left behind.
Oh you poor Argentines, you will be screwed over once again.
Here's an Analogy of how the war will happen Bear = Argentina, The land = Falklands, the fish = the oil, the man = the UK
Oh god those poor, poor tyres. May they rest in peace.
Stirring up nationalism! Making people ignore the economy since 1976
And they all seem to be falling for it
If anything, I'm more insulted by their godawful rendition of our Flag. Seriously?
You aren't a really country till some one has burned your flag.
Our flag (Norway) was burned when a Danish cartoonist in Denmark drew a comic with Mohammed. what
shit, better give them the island then
I'm Argentinian and I support this, the flag is wrongly done as part of the insult.
so they intentionally made everything big as a insult wow
If the UK did have to go to war over this, I would hope we would back them up. We owe them plenty for the conflicts we have been involved in and they have been there for us.
GlaxoSmithKline? No... Noooooooooooo! Not the Lucozade!
I know how to get back at them. We'll burn twice the amount of tires as them, and burn 2 Argentinian flags! That'll show them!
Haha, tire smoke is toxic. Good job burning them in your own country.
I know how to get back at them. We'll burn twice the amount of tires as them, and burn 2 Argentinian flags! That'll show them!
History books will record this as the start of the great Anglo-Argentine flag-burning arms race.
