So wait, she was jumped on, screamed and cried but it didn't wake her daughter who was sleeping RIGHT NEXT TO HER up?
This sounds fishy as fuck.

He probably thought it was a setup like those porn movies and that she wanted his cock.
Respectful and quiet (like that's supposed to mean anything) and already with a criminal record of robbery (at 16, mind you) using the exact same method as his previous crimes. It's tough as shit to wake a sleeping child up (especially one that goes to bed late, aka 10 PM.)
You're saying "it took him 30 seconds to get off" like it's impossible, and simple strength's not the point. First off, he probably is stronger then her (a boy still entering the prime of his youth vs. an adult woman?) She was confused and described as hysterical (flight or fight, she clearly chose flight and just sorta blanked out) and fighting back against your attacker with your daughter right there isn't exactly safe (rapes can turn violent very fast.)
Respectful and quiet? It means in public he doesn't speak much and obviously shows respect to others. Though in this case that's just a cover.
Waking up a sleeping child is hard? When I was kid a even if I got to bed late I could wake up pretty easily.
By 30 seconds I meant how the hell did it take him 30 seconds to get off her. Why the hell didn't she try to do something like claw his fucking eyes out. In cornered situations any animal would attack back as a last resort.
He's stronger? I'm 16, the picture shows him to have the same moderate arms like I do, 35 is still sort of in her "prime" and my mom's 40. She can still throw a decent punch and can hold people down. Not all men have big beefy arms.
did you really need to put 8 different versions of the same article up christ
That's how it is I'm the source.
The woman said that her two roommates were out for the night when the attacker slipped into their apartment
Right from the article. He's done it before; he was on a delivery job to somebody else while obviously checking doors and found one that wasn't locked.
What a sick cunt, I hope he enjoys his cage.
Respectful and quiet? It means in public he doesn't speak much and obviously shows respect to others. Though in this case that's just a cover.
The fact that he's a quiet person doesn't really have any bearing on the possibility of him committing a crime like this. It's possible that he's just a quiet, respectful person, but it's just as possible that he's so quiet because he's a brooding psycho. That's why we can't make any assumptions on his personality alone.
Waking up a sleeping child is hard? When I was kid a even if I got to bed late I could wake up pretty easily.
Well I guess this was just a particularly sleepy child, then.
By 30 seconds I meant how the hell did it take him 30 seconds to get off her. Why the hell didn't she try to do something like claw his fucking eyes out. In cornered situations any animal would attack back as a last resort.
He must have held her down by the arms or something. I'm sure someone who's been planning to rape another person wouldn't make a slip-up like allowing her to attack him.

You're assuming that your mother is a standard for other people. It might just be that your mother is especially strong, or that the woman in the is weaker than most.
"Hi, can I order a large pepperoni with a side order of MILF please?"
He probably thought it was a setup like those porn movies and that she wanted his cock.
I wonder if the 7 year old sleeping tipped him off that it wasnt
I have a sneaky feeling that she be another women randomly claiming rape for her.

Um, no. You are blatantly wrong.
Something seems off here, while the prior robbery seems to validate this case it doesn't make sense.
Apparently people describe him as respectful and quiet, not a loud person, the daughter didn't wake up during the rape, it took him 30 seconds to get off and during that she was just telling him to get off? No punches or anything? I'm pretty sure a 35 year old woman is stronger then the average 16 year old which this guy is from that picture.
It just feels...off.
Yes, because people that seem quiet and nice can never actually be bad people.
She guessed it was 30 seconds, and this was since she woke up. He could have been on her for longer before she woke up.
Also, "She didn't punch the guy, he couldn't have actually raped her! :downs: " Fucking really, guy? Really? Not everyone reacts to rape the same.
Another thing:
“It seemed fake,” said the victim, who said she woke up a little disoriented to find Lucas already on top of her. “I opened my eyes. I said, ‘Get off. What are you doing?’ I was hysterical.”
She was disoriented and shocked.

While you may be a light sleeper, I've slept through my house's alarm blaring. People sleep differently.
Also,
Cops said the attacker tried to muzzle the victim’s cries by putting his hand over her mouth.
And again with the "she didn't fight back because she was shocked and scared, so it isn't legitimate rape!" bullshit?
Thread music:

For the "She wasn't actually raped, she's just randomly blaming people!" What's the goddamn motive? She didn't even know the guy, he was delivering pizza to a different room. Do you think she woke up in the middle of the night, walked out into the hall, saw a guy who CLEARLY has no record of breaking into other people's rooms before (oh wait) and thought to herself "...I'm going to accuse that boy of rape" ? Is that seriously more believable than a guy with a history of breaking into unlocked rooms taking advantage of a sleeping woman?
Once his work was done, the teen allegedly found his way to the victim’s unlocked door down the hall.
No.1 mom
It always amazes me how fucking misogynist fp is, any thread about somebody being raped and the first few posts will be "probably fake" "something is wrong here, not likely it happened" "well it's probably not actually -rape-". What are you doing

"deep sleepers". As a kid, I literally had to be beat before I would wake up, and I still do. I've slept through hurricanes as a kid. Also,
“It took him about 30 seconds. I said, ‘Get off of me,’ and I pushed him
Seems more like attempted rape.

Same here. My parents bought me an alarm clock, but it ended up being the "go upstairs and figure out how much it'll take to wake him up today" alarm. I probably would've slept through this just like the girl did.

The worst part is the people sort of excusing him "Maybe he didn't rape her. He just forced himself into her house, got into her bed and put his dick in her. That doesn't count. It's okay. HE SAID SORRY GUYS GEEZ"
[editline]5th October 2012[/editline]
Doesn't seem like anyone was raped, unless he only lasted 30 seconds.
I'm sorry. Maybe it's just me. But If a bloke broke into my house, got into my bed and penetrated me for about 30 seconds I'd still call it rape.
We're not throwing him in prison for having an orgasm. Sex against your will is rape no matter how good or brief the sex is.
misleading title.
okay I know this is totally inappropriate

he looks like fucking exactly like chad warden
Ive slept through my grandfather shooting a rifle over my head

There is a bit of a difference between doubting something with (seemingly) suspicious circumstances and hating women.

It could just be that not enough facts have been released by the police, which is entirely possible and more than a bit likely.

Either way, if he's innocent:
He still loses his job.
He still has a record on him.
The whole media has still reported him as 'EVIL RAPIST'.
And depending on the state, still registered as a sex offender.
Men will always lose, unless true gender equality is made.
I just ordered Dominos. :smith:
If he gets access to people's homes as part of his job and his employers knew he was dealing with an accusation of a criminal offense while working and they still sent him out again, she should own that pizza place by the time this is over.

Here's what we know for sure:
- Kid was delivering pizza
Here's what I'm 99.995% positive on
- Kid was trying doors (i don't think this woman actually knows him, also past criminal record backs that up)
- Found a door unlocked, went in
- Woman caught him
- tada rape case
See, here's the interesting bit: I can't say I know for sure that some form of rape was at least attempted here; it could be all the kid wanted to do was take money out of someone's wallet. People have been falsely accused of rape before.
Do I think the woman's lying? I can't say, I don't know either person in this case on a personal level. I'm just acknowledging possibilities here.

Are you seriously suggesting the guy was simply trying to rob her, but for reasons unknown she instead decided to throw a non-existent rape charge at him for... Some reason?
This is what Elpsin was tallking about. The moment a rape case is reported everyone immediately claims "she's probably making it up" or "wait! We need to make sure she's not making this up" or "is she making this up? It's a possibility."

Because it is a possibility.
It's not the norm, but it still happens. Can you blame me for wanting to be thorough in my knowledge of the case?
