Even I'll admit I might harbor unconscious biases towards transgendered individuals. I've never encountered them more than once or twice, and I've never been friends with one, and so I do feel uncomfortable around them as a knee-jerk reaction. Logically, however, I understand the science and see them as an oppressed minority.

Transgenders don't hurt me directly. The fact that they are accepted, people who wish to actually change what gender/sex they are, is and will continue to corrupt society. Tradition is being pushed completely off the road as envy and lust take up both lanes.
