I watched it, the only disturbing bit is that noise the terrible noises of weakness they make. It only happens once or twice but apart from that it isn't too disturbing (From what I've seen online)

Before anybody goes "why care": These kittens are helpless and innocent. They have no idea what was going on until they suffocated and there was no way they could've protected themselfs. They are kittens for god sake. He killed them most likely out of pure boredom. Saying "why care" is dumb.
