Possibly, but most of those studied in these several studies only killed animals for fun (you can call sport that). But it doesn't cover killing of animals for provisions, although, that may fall under certain criteria, depending on the mental attitude of the hunter, and how the animal was killed.

He probably isnt. all my uncles killed animals and some of my dumber cousins also killed a few. they are not sociopaths, just assholes.
Even if you are a sociopath just because you dont have empathy doesnt mean you will find killing animals fun.
in fact being able to have a small amount of empathy is what makes the painful killing fun because you understand what it would feel like.

I don't see many stray dogs and cats where I live, because we have an RSPCA. Other than that, strays often don't have a whole lot of meat on their bones, it'd be slim pickings I guess.

I remember ages back, you and I had an argument spanning several pages about the ethics of animal cruelty and just punishment. Luckily I feel we have both mellowed out now
