Stop trying to go against the mass majority just because its considered "rad" as I presume you people say.
Lets look at it like this. If someone put your cat/dog in a makeshift killing chamber, causing its last few moments of life to be horrendously painful you would flip a shit and want that guy dead.
Unless ofcourse you were OK with it because you "totally don't care"
well it's different from that because these were his cats, his property, the only people who would miss them is him...which he doesn't.
the most he deserves is being scorned by his parents or something
He needs counselling atleast

could you be any more of a presumptuous cunt
god forbid I don't put the life of a lesser animal above that of mine
I remember ages back, you and I had an argument spanning several pages about the ethics of animal cruelty and just punishment. Luckily I feel we have both mellowed out now
I just think they need help, not jail time because that would make them worse, and definitely not execution because that solves nothing.
well...no, he needs help, he's obviously fucked up if he finds enjoyment out of killing something.
or an asshole. I know people who did much worse things to animals but are considered normal people

He does need help, professional help, not just his parents going "u disappoint me!"
He does need help, professional help, not just his parents going "u disappoint me!"
he doesn't need anything
the most he deserves is being scorned by his parents or something
He needs a complete mental evaluation.
I just think they need help, not jail time because that would make them worse, and definitely not execution because that solves nothing.
I don't even think execution is a fair punishment for murder personally, but I agree that psych help will do a lot more good for a person with sociopathic tendencies than throwing them in the slammer. But I think maybe a short jail (not prison) term might show him that while he has no moral or emotional punishment, there is a legal one.

What? I would understand if we were talking about killing the man but we are talking about giving him a fine or some small form of trouble. to you grabbing a girls boob is worse then painfully killing cats since one gets you in trouble.
he doesn't need anything
why? why wouldn't he need anything? he ended a life and somehow found enjoyment out of it, that's fucked up and a clear indicator that he's screwed in the head and could become worse.
or an asshole. I know people who did much worse things to animals but are considered normal people
How sure are you that they're normal?
What? I would understand if we were talking about killing the man but we are talking about giving him a fine or some small form of trouble. to you grabbing a girls boob is worse then painfully killing cats since one gets you in trouble.
I think execution should come in when the crime is unbelievably bad, because I really don't think mass murderers deserve help, or can even be helped. But whatever, don't argue with me on this, it'll go forever, that goes for everyone in this thread

do you find joy in ridding your house of mice and cockroaches? should you get a psych evaluation and be fined for that?
he doesn't need anything
Im sorry but I think that in some point in your life you killed animals and need a reason to feel like your a good person.
what
Im saying stop strawmaning or acting like we want the man dead
Im sorry but I think that in some point in your life you killed animals and need a reason to feel like your a good person.
what the fuck is up with people like you? with your logic I'm a serial murderer for not thinking that a serial murderer should be executed
do you find joy in ridding your house of mice and cockroaches? should you get a psych evaluation and be fined for that?
I think they are two different areas of pleasure. One is the knowledge that your house is now pest free and they won't be bugging you, whereas the other is enjoying causing suffering, which is definitely a bit iffy in my eyes.
would be nice if they find him dead, in a vacuum chamber.
wow it took 28 posts this time, I'm impressed facepunch
do you find joy in ridding your house of mice and cockroaches? should you get a psych evaluation and be fined for that?
No I dont. I see it as a job that must be done. also those things dont feel pain.
well the mice does but I buy mouse traps that dont kill the mouse.
Im sorry but I think that in some point in your life you killed animals and need a reason to feel like your a good person.

When I was a kid I killed some frogs. I feel really bad for doing it.
also those things dont feel pain.
prove it
do you find joy in ridding your house of mice and cockroaches? should you get a psych evaluation and be fined for that?
Did you fall into a vat of Sperg or something? There's a big difference between riding your house of pests and taking pleasure in something's suffering.
prove it
They did tests
But if he killed two humans in a giant vacuum... people would make jokes about it.
People made jokes about this too.
When I was a kid I killed some frogs. I feel really bad for doing it.
I once pressed a button on a heating chamber for chicken eggs. they all fried
They did tests
they
they
scientists. ok Doril whats so bad about feeling empathy for living things?
I don't find this disturbing at all.
Guess I've seen similar things too many times already.
scientists. ok Doril whats so bad about feeling empathy for living things?
nothing
but there is a whole lot of things wrong with forcing your illogical empathy for fuzzy animals on other people
