And in the US, going to prison is going to college for most cons, it's nicknamed Con College and is probably the single worst thing to ever happen to crime because it's simply made more of it.

This is why I think that the government should employ these kinds of people instead of giving out benefits. I feel a job would be far more productive and you can take care of unemployment

Pretty much. It doesn't mean anything like you're going to try and harm people. That's just... stupid. It simply means you don't share empathy with people. Doesn't mean you want them hurt, doesn't mean you'll go out of your way to harm them. You're more likely to simply ignore other people.
