This really just seems like a manifesto, a declaration of his beliefs, more than anything. Shame, he could have already submitted this as a Thesis if anything.

How can a chemical imbalance that causes depression in your brain not really exist? Are our brains not a chemical computer?
Like, what the hell man.
Depression is a real thing, it can be psychologically caused through emotional trauma, something most people can get past but have difficulty doing depending on the severity of the trauma, it's not a "Just get over it thing" for these people either, or there are people with either genetic or just periodic chemical imbalances in that cause permanent depression that either needs drug treatment or severe psychiatric help.
To simply "not believe" that's real is over all very ignorant and incredibly dumb of you to do.

Reading through the first pages of the document certainly exposes the true natue of the suicide.. it was purely a thought experiment turned practical, nothing else. I don't even think he was depressed. Quite chilling.
