I can think of a reason why he wouldnt get his gun back.
I don't know how these media top cats can live with themselves knowing their misleading garbage is putting an (arguably) innocent man's life in danger, not to mention the riots they will cause.
The lawyer said Zimmerman, 29, will be entitled to get his Kel Tec 9 pistol back.
I didn't know he was rolling with a tec 9. What a G
What do you want me to call it? A gun? Because that doesn't change the fact that it's a thing, and things can be sold. Things to be sold are sometimes called items.
How about you call it what it is: the murder weapon.
How about you call it what it is: the murder weapon.
You cant call it that. That gun is clean. This man is clean. Its just a handgun and hes just a normal civilian.

It's not the Tec 9 from GTA
How about you call it what it is: the murder weapon.
The prosecution has been unable to prove to a jury of 12 random people that a murder took place.
If I were him, I'd sell it. I imagine the item would fetch a pretty penny from someone out there.
Well he also has the luxury of naming his gun now that there's blood on it. Not a lot of civilians do that(legitimately).
Well he also has the luxury of naming his gun now that there's blood on it. Not a lot of civilians do that(legitimately).
I don't understand what this means.
I think Zimmerman and Snowden should buy a house together and live out their years in a sitcom style fashion.
I don't see why this is a huge deal, it is his property after all.
It's a huge deal because he used that gun to kill someone which sparked a lot of controversy you dum dum
I don't understand what this means.
You can name weapons after a kill. Ofcourse you can just say it has a name anyways but it's not the same.
I don't understand what this means.
It's like how you wait with naming a boat until you christen it.
It's like how you wait with naming a boat until you christen it.
Yeah except waiting until you've crushed someone's 10-footer with your yacht.

Or in this case, your own 10-footer.
Jesus christ, a kel-tec. Wouldn't trust my life with that.
I didn't know he was rolling with a tec 9. What a G
Mr. Zimmerman did and it seemed to work reasonably well for him.
How ZimZam got his groove back.
How about you call it what it is: the murder weapon.
I guess we can do that, since he was convicted of murder and all.
Oh wait, he wasn't.
Holy shit, suddenly: posts.
Ew, a Kel-Tec. They aren't doing him any favors by returning it.
The wine cooler of pistols.
How about you call it what it is: the murder weapon.
It is an evil weapon that now contains the soul of the innocent young boy Trayvon Martin

kel-tec pistols (their clunky 45s, at least) are supposedly indestructible. Other than their cheap construction, uncomfortable ergonomics, awful triggers and shoddy sights they are apparently decent guns.

no wait I'm thinking of hi-points nevermind
It is an evil weapon that now contains the soul of the innocent young boy Trayvon Martin
Damn soul trap enchantments

i don't think the make of the gun is really what anybody should be concerned about. maybe more about the fact that they're giving a gun back to an idiot that proved himself ill fit for a weapon of any kind, maybe that's what's actually concerning about this
jesus

He carried his weapon with a permit, held a concealed weapon license, and used it in a legally justifiable self-defense case. Why would the state be able to keep it away from him?

Problem being, there was no murder.
