Actually it's 1/(60*12)^3 = 1/373,248,000 since it's the AM/PM-system. Notice that the previous two babies were born at 7:43 am and 7:43 pm.
Wait so they counted them even though they were born only both at 7:43 and not both at 7:43 am or 7:43 pm?
That's extra inane and stupid and they're stretching the already tenuous importance of this.
how is this news ? it contributes nothing to society or life in general and will be forgotten in a week of not less
