Did he forget that the earthquake was God's fault to begin with?
god is a seismic activity underground?
I kill people.
He kept himself sane by bouncing a ball. He made a game of it; seeing how many times he could bounce it in an hour, then trying to beat that record.

Also, I first read, Man survives 11 days trapped in rubble, of soda. I was like, he was trapped.. In a big pile of soda cans... :aaa:
I read the thread title as:"Man survives 11 days trapped in rubble of soda."
Salt dehydrates you, not sugar. Glucose is the main source of food for lots of animals.
Betcha it was Dr. Pepper.
What's the worst that could happen? :v:
What flavor was it.
Kool aid flavour.
Am I the only one who gets annoyed every time god is attributed to the occasional lucky smuck surviving a terrible event? God just let this happen, and than you turn around and praise him when he missed a few?
That would be like a rapist bursting into a home, attempting to rape a women, and by some fluke of luck she escapes, and then everyone praises the rapist for his mercy.
Well soda contains water, so it's surely better than nothing.
He wouldn't have survived with nothing.
big deal. People in the us just lie there and drink soda all the time!
Hohohoho, you're so fucking funny.
I wonder what the best way to drink it over 11 days would have been, to drink it all at once or to drink it at certain intervals and what not. Metabolism has to play a role in it, and drinking it at intervals should keep your metabolism up.
On CNN they said he had beer as well... Make of that what you will
The only reason he wasn't insane was probably because he was totally shitfaced.
you can't live off soda for 11 days without becoming dehydrated. there's a lot less water in it than one might think. also, a lot of liquid comes from food you eat, especially fruits and vegetables
Ive been drinking Sprite for 10 years. Tell me how and why i'm not yet dead.

You didn't drink Sprite and only Sprite for 10 years and not eat/drink anything else.
Weren´t there vegetables there too, where he got trapped?
Sticky Sweat :/
I first read the title as man survives 11 days off of soap.
Big deal. People in the US just lie there and drink soda all the time!
That's not true, we don't lie down. It makes it harder to type. We have chairs here you know. And for the record, you can't drink a nice cherry cola without some chips. So it's not even just soda.
if you shake a soda until it's flat does it become more hydrating
How did he shit?
This is totally possible. The human body doesn't need a lot to live. Soda provides water and calories, theoretically you can live a pretty long lifespan on coke alone.
This is God
No, it is soda.
Doctor Pepper: What's the worse that can happen?
Doooctorr Pepper, what'ss the woooorst that can happen?
wait what? shouldn't the soda dehydrate him?
If you're been dehydrated, you'll know that soda is the last thing you want to drink.
