Look, I'm sorry about my reaction to Obama in general but I was pretty stressed out from all of the media. I'm sorry but Politics is not my forum.
I think people were mainly acknowledging the fact that you censored your words. Just fucking say fuck, it's not going to fuckin' hurt anyone. FUCK! It's a fun word. [editline]27th October 2013[/editline]
Being liberal doesn't mean agreeing with everything a self-describes liberal does. It means agreeing with liberal ideas. Saying that this healthcare.gov fiasco is ridiculous has nothing to do with being liberal or conservative.
Unless you're a conservative who is saying that you knew/had a very good idea this was going to happen to begin with (and I'm guilty as charged). [editline]27th October 2013[/editline]
I didn't realize it was so hard for our government to fix / create a website.
When's the last time you've seen our government actually do the simplest of things.

well at least they didn't try and roll out the website on jan 1. that would have been a lot more catastrophic. at least right now they got some time to fix this shit before it becomes absolutely necessary that people start using the site. also the calculator works so i am now even more certain that i will get medicaid come the first.
From what I've read the actual coding of the website is complete shit. The actual server load is only half the problem.
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3877425/temp/1276_lines_of_code3.png[/t]
I highly doubt it will be ready in time for December 1st. People are going to be demanding a return to the old system before this thing is fully implemented.
Nice, a 500 million dollar website to just redirect me to nystateofhealth.ny.gov
And people say Facepunch is a liberal hivemind :v:
I've always found it evenly split on most issues.
I've always found it evenly split on most issues.
nah fp has a very large slant towards progressivism/social democrat/center left. except for a few issues(gypsys, trans stuff, feminism), fp tends to have a majority agreement.
I've always found it evenly split on most issues.
Yes, evenly split at least 10 to 1. [editline]29th October 2013[/editline]
were you intentionally alluding to penn of penn and teller
I don't know, maybe. :v:

And the healthcare exchange is a hilarious joke. have you tried talking to representatives in their call centers? It's ridiculously hilarious. They have no idea how to do their jobs, they know absolutely nothing about health insurance and they don't even have access to the most basic information to try and help people get insurance. You'd get more useful information from watching paint dry. And the government wants 300 million people to have government approved insurance in 2 months? LEL. And let's not forget the joke of a website. I know middle school children that can design a website and support system that not only looks 100 times better, but actually works and doesn't suck. Good job Obama and Democrats, keep failing upwards and wasting trillions in taxpayer money, like always.

I don't even know where they get that type of money. They also manage to keep all that information safe from anyone trying to get in, somehow.
