The deep sea do we even know half what's going on in there or do we want to?
What is the distance between those two laser points? We can use that for scale to get a sense of how big it is.
My hometown aquarium has a preserved oarfish because some time ago, they found a live one and had the brilliant idea of dropping it in one of their tanks and it died like in 30 minutes [editline]9th June 2013[/editline] Found the vid

I just find it incredibly morbid, amusing, and an array of other funny feelings that it died in 34 minutes Also divers supporting it swim in the aquarium :v:
They probably knew it would die.
That happens to almost every rare sea creature that people put in a tank.
That happens to almost every rare sea creature that people put in a tank.
Oarfish come to shallow water to die, they probs just wanted to show everyone the cool, rare fish before it kicked the bucket.
