Our solar system, is fucking huge .
it's a ruse
everyone knows it's on it's way to v'ger-hood soon
Anyone knows how much time the signal from voyager to earth takes and how far can they communicate?
then china steals our 35 year old technology
Maybe chinese people can live in it like how fish live in old ships at the bottom of the ocean
Maybe
Anyone knows how much time the signal from voyager to earth takes and how far can they communicate?
Well the signal travels at the speed of light. The time varies depending on Earth's orbital position. Idk the distance limit on communications but I think it was at least a few light years. Either way, the limit is so arbitrarily high that Voyager will run out of power long before that limit is reached.
I can't wait for a more modern Satellite to be sent out there. Now that we know what to expect they could have a higher survivability rate and take pictures for us. Last I checked Voyagers eyes were busted or something.

Space things.

space aliens

what
Does the size of our solar system keep changing or what?? I'm so confused
Every time it crosses some boundary where they figured was the outer edge of the solar system Voyager sends back some new information from it's sensors telling them it's still detecting weird shit.
its so amazing that something made 35 years ago is still flying through space and we can still communicate with it
Try doing that with a smartphone. :\
It's similar to distinguishing between where Earth's atmosphere ends and space begins. There is no line we can draw to clearly differentiate the two where they meet.
Highschool policy debate solved this when they worded last year's topic as "Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its exploration and/or development of space beyond the Earth’s mesosphere."

Kay.
Now that we have better technology we should build a faster spacecraft to go intercept it and bring the little guy home

Bring it home? It's more likely we'll build something way faster and more advanced and launch it past Voyager 1 with its middle fingers up.
