Alot of black people use the world nigger on twitter.. so results are just silly.
West side!!!!
Not surprised about Mississippi, they banned gay marriage, fuckin' stupid. Wouldn't expect them to not be racist as well. Glad that Florida has good area's.
I'd like to see what that's like other here in the United Kingdom. Anyone got any clue if anything like that exists?
that heat spot in western new york? that's my town.
yea whats up with this?
I see all the grey areas haven't picked up on technology and tweeting yet,
I can confirm of this.
that day? there was literally a one day ''no nigger'' event on facepunch? that's fantastic.
one day? this was every day until 2009 I think - you'd be instabanned for 7 days good times
None in my home state Florida?? I just guess the southerners down here don't know how to use twitter :v:
None in my home state Florida?? I just guess the southerners down here don't know how to use twitter :v:
South Florida is very tech savvy, it's that they're not fucking morons like the rest of the south. Same with the Atlanta area.
this town called Juneau on the Alaskan panhandle
that's a strange way to describe the capital of Alaska
What the hell, There's this town called Juneau on the Alaskan panhandle
Juneau is the capital city of Alaska, although it is pretty small it would barely qualify as a city.
I don't think this data is too accurate.
I don't think this data is too accurate.
I agree. Arizona is relatively densely populated and you would expect at least some racism, considering how conservative this state is, but no, none at all really.
Nice to know that I live in one of the bright red areas. The people here suck so bad I can't even think of a joke about it
What do you know, it looks like there are more racial slurs in places where more people live.
What do you know, it looks like there are more racial slurs in places where more people live.
Again, the one thing different between the two maps is that Maricopa County (in AZ) is heavily populated, but doesn't use many slurs.
Maine is p accurate. Aroostook would be redder if there were any internets up there. (Most northern county in maine)
And yet Southern California is not any redder than the areas surrounding it? Anyway, the map is relative to population, so redder spots mean a larger portion of the group in each county
Like most of these things, it's pretty much just a population map.
Like most of these things, it's pretty much just a population map.
Did you not read the three posts preceding yours?
What is a gook or spick even? edit: Automerge :c Even if you count within the population higher population areas have more internet and media access, and are more likely to be using services like twitter etc.
I can't see if Arkansas is racist there's too much- wait fuck
Someone asked why misogyny was not covered. At first I agreed, but I did not know what words could identify a tweet as sexist... there are too many? Maybe bitch, prude, whore, rape, slut?
Those don't imply sexist women call other women bitches, sluts and whores all the time
Those don't imply sexist women call other women bitches, sluts and whores all the time
It's true. It's kind of difficult to say that those are sexist insults when women will use them towards each other, sometimes even in a joking manner. It's no different then guys calling each other "dick" or other male specific insults. Sexism is more about the phrasing than the actual language used.

Most of the times those words are said are when you just want something to insult with, or when you believe a certain person has a slutty behavior.
