In no way should a bad of pot ever be in a 4th graders hands in the states at this current time. With the current laws it draws the wrong kind of attention, and could get the child or his family harmed. They should go after any parents who allow their child to have access to such things. With that said, weed isn't harmful and should be made legal so it wouldn't have these effects on civilization.
