Military intervention is a last resort, we need to try and get Russia to back off using diplomatic means first. It doesn't matter if it looks weak we still need to try.

I will say however that 1) that stealth system doesn't work anymore and 2) that plane can't fly in any weather that could get ice on it, so its not the ideal plane to fly in a Ukrainian winter
