And as for abortion, I feel much more sympathy for a fully developed person who can think and feel and could be terrified going through a pregnancy she really doesn't want...than a foetus that hasn't even developed enough to have basic concious thought. I don't agree with late term abortion unless it is for a health reason but abortion should always be legal during a reasonable time period. It's taking away a human right to remove legal abortion as you force women to lose rights over their own body.

There is essentially no difference from nine weeks(?) to when it pops out, as far as it's form goes. It is clearly recognizable as a miniature human being. Nine weeks?

Seriously even most pro-lifers don't claim that. There is a huge difference between a nine week old foetus and a twenty-four week old one. For starters the brain connections at nine weeks are so undeveloped that it has no abilities of concious thought.

9 weeks:
