Am I the only person who thinks sex with minors is completely fine as long as the minor herself/himself is fully aware and okay with what's going on? I mean, rape is rape. But calling it rape only because it IS a minor makes it sound so much worse than it might actually be.

Even if she agreed to that she has no way of knowing how that will scar her for the future, so yeah it's probably best to assume that kids don't grasp the ramifications of sex before 16 because the harm it CAN do is not worth the tiny moral victory of making a less arbitrary age minimum.
