Valve seem to be a much more approachable company, when they're interviewed it's not some PR bullshitter who know's fuck all about the games, it's someone who's really deeply involved. It's nice to see them doing something that I've never heard of, appealing to deaf or hearing impaired people who're interested in games, high five Gabe, you're awesome.

This is interesting, it almost makes you wonder, maybe this was why it was so easy for Alyx to understand and fall for Gordon? She's used to someone who doesn't speak, so it's easier for her to relate to that. But I'll bet it's a hell of a lot easier when you know they actually can hear you though.
