I don't see how this case could go any other way, even with a retrial. He failed to pay his taxes 3 years in a row. He's guilty, case closed.
It beats him posting "news" about movies or video games being released...

I concur. What can a new trial do but post the same evidence and likely reach the same conclusion.
All this is is an attempt and delaying his incarceration.
If you're rich and don't pay taxes then you are a greedy fuck.
It's funny how they are going to spend money to incarcerate him simply because he did not pay them.
