It's almost as if there were other reasons for people to not to do crimes than a system that would punish them for it. And as if motives for crimes might also change over time. I dunno, something weird like morals and social or economical situation or so.

honestly most of Michigan is empty with sparse settlements every dozen miles or so, Detroit and its surrounding cities being the exception, I think people forget there IS more to Michigan than just Detroit . still I think there is probably way more crime than anyone is reporting there

Also if crime goes down there's less need for police officers so it's probably the opposite

I was forced to work 3 weeks of 10 hour shifts at a factory. I had a broken rib [B]and[/B] a chest infection, very painful. But because they could fire me for fucking being hurt I had to work through the pain, I didn't have enough money or time to go to the Hospital. I was too young to give a shit about what Granholm did when she was in office, so I'm not so certain about her.
