Something like this happened before and it was part of a research on "how virals work". Really frustrating.
Why did anyone believe this is real? The website is unbelievably cheesy and has typos and above all, if it was something earth shattering they wouldn't announce it with something cheeky and coy like a timer. They would be talking to the press. You guys are way too gullible.
So other than to collect information and emails, is it possible it's also a viral ad for something else?
