If someone did this to me I would be so infuriated, I don't know how I would react about it.
I got jabbed in my own school a year ago. Fortunately the wound didn't show any negative reaction though I can't be sure I didn't got something nasty. :(

Yeah, I think there are much more serious things you could get someone under for this. I'm 100% sure that there are laws against spreading a disease willingly that KILLS MOST PEOPLE IT INFECTS.
