Both parties suck. They pretend to want to do things for the american people, where in reality almost nobody in politics is actually in it for legitimate reasons. I used to want to be a politician until I realized I'd have to sell my soul. :/ Idk who I'm gonna write in, but it won't be Santorum, Romney, or Obama.
So you won't vote at all? The likelihood of a third person being on your ballot is small. Pick the lesser evil and hope for the best I say.

A third person won't win, but it'd keep clear my conscious.
They pretend to want to do things for the american people, where in reality almost nobody in politics is actually in it for legitimate reasons.
I sure do love black and white absolutist statements like 'no one in politics cares about people!!'. Look at Bernie Sanders, Maxine Waters, Barbara Boxer, or a good number of other Congresspeople if you think no one in government cares.
It's like American politics has degenerated into a shit-slinging match, I haven't seen a single news article yet that sees someone actual say what they are going to do to tackle a relevant issue. It's just non-stop homosexuality, abortion, stem cells and Christianity. Utter nonsense for a presidential candidate to talk about.

Edit: Okay, it's still under review by the House Ethics Committee
It is getting bad enough for the republicans that George Bush doesn't seem bad anymore
George Bush wasn't so bad in the beginning, I remember a video that was posted in the video section where he had some good points but everything that happened since 9/11 was "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation for him.

However, from my experience in my County and State of Oregon, I've learned that almost nobody gives a damn about us. While the politicians here do seem to care, it's meaningless as they seem to not do anything repeatedly over the years, simply claiming they do. State politics are dominated entirely by Multnomah county and the like, while the rest of us are just stuck with whatever they give us. Though I will admit that Ron Wyden did a good job in opposing SOPA/PIPA. But other than that I can't stick anything to him.
George Bush wasn't so bad in the beginning
Nope. He campaigned on the fact that our surplus was a liability since Congress might be tempted to spend it, so he proposed tax cuts so the government would be forced to use the surplus, thus get rid of it, and give it to the hands of corporations and the wealthy that would then create more jobs :downs: In no time, our multi-billion dollar surplus became a multibillion dollar deficit. And there was a recession in the early 2000's as a result, which we manged to fix in time. Then in 2003 he started the War on Terror :downs:
You may not have to agree with Romney or his policies, but it is fact that he is a very smart man. It does not surprise me that the Bushes endorse them. He was simply put under a lot as president. His first term was better than his second. Keep your bias opinion to yourself.
