No, it's pretty fucking obvious that something is wrong if a cop says he needs to examine your breasts and look inside your vagina to see if you had sex. Stuff like that is done at a hospital.
Blaming the victim.
Way to go, asshole.
Um, pretty sure abusing your power to sexually exploit a minor 14 years younger than you deserves about 15 years
"Miss, I suspect there may be some sexual activity with a minor here, namely, with you. Thus, I need to fondle you to check." Nice cover there, bro.
Fucking creep.

More than 14 years younger. He's been in the police force for 28 years, that's not how old he is.
Because if he is 28, well

God DAMN
This is totally disgusting. Revolting.
15 years what the fuck, serial killers get 15 years where i live
he's a police officer abusing his power
if you have power(which is supposed to be used to protect people) and you abuse it you deserve 15 years
what a cunt
he deserves whatever he gets including DEATH PENALTY
Your avatar is oddly related.
Also 15 years for this is a pretty damn long time to spend in Prison, especially given the fine he's already facing, the fact his career is already ruined and that he's old already.
I don't think he really gives a shit about his career granted he was already on administrative leave, which means he was likely already accused of misconduct in the past. A 15 year sentence? I can't say I feel bad for him. I know it's not helping anyone, but the guy essentially raped a 15 year old girl. Told her to take he clothes off, checked out her breasts, her ass, and made her spread her legs and vagina?
His sentence may be excessive. 5 - 8 years would be far more appropriate. That being said, I honestly can't say I'm outraged with his sentence.
Welp, prison is going to be quite an adventure for him
And her boyfriend just allowed him to do that?
I'm not trying to play the internet badass or anything, but police or not, in this situation I'd just say fucking No.
And her boyfriend just allowed him to do that?

Maybe her boyfriend enjoyed it...
:v:
Kidding. This is a fault on both sides.
If you report something wrong, then you obviously knew it was wrong in the first place
And if you know the law, and have the privilege of enforcing it, then you should know not to do bullshit
like this.

What? The only one at fault here is the police officer...

She only reported it after she told her sister about what had happened...
The police officer is obviously at fault, but the girl (and her guy for that matter) obviously weren't the brightest either...
sort of reminded me of this scene:
I don't know about you, but I get really fucking nervous/anxious when police officers or security guards question me, even if I haven't done anything.
I don't really get nervous around police officers, no. Not that I've ever been questioned, just talked to a few.
She was 15 and regardless of whether or not she should have know better, he did know better. He used his authority to sexually exploit a minor which is a bad thing no matter how you look at it. She probably thought she was going to jail if she didn't comply with him.
Understandable, I'm just saying at 15, I personally believe you should know a little something about what police officers have the authority to do and whatnot. Not saying that it's the girls fault.
Blaming the victim.
Way to go, asshole.
That's not what I did. That's what you're assuming.
Now I'm going to assume that you assumed that I was blaming the victim because you like to blame victims.
I said she should have known not to comply with what he said, simply refused, I'm sure if she's being "questioned" she should have a parent present anyway. She could have just said that.
I never said it was her fault, it was definitely the officers fault. What I'm saying is, if she knew her rights, in this case it might not have happened.
I don't really get nervous around police officers, no. Not that I've ever been questioned, just talked to a few.
Well I'm not talking about just talking to police officers, I mean being questioned when they suspect you of something or something similar.
Welp, prison is going to be quite an adventure for him
Stop that.
I'm 14 and I know what the police can and can't tell me to do, but that's because I've spent a little too much time on Tor. For most people (adults too), they'd think "OH SHIT OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE IS A THING RITE JAIL FOR ME IF I DON'T DO IT"
Well I'm not talking about just talking to police officers, I mean being questioned when they suspect you of something or something similar.
shit i get nervous when it's anything more than just passing by them on the road
Last couple of times I came back home from Canada I was a fucking wreck at the border.
Where was the 19 year old when all of this was happening?
shit i get nervous when it's anything more than just passing by them on the road

Why? Is there a good reason?
Well I'm not talking about just talking to police officers, I mean being questioned when they suspect you of something or something similar.
This one time a security guard asked me what I was trying to figure out how something was working in an electronics shop. I simply said what I was doing and asked for his help, he left a few seconds later feeling rather awkward I would assume.
whats up with Florida lately?
Whats never not up in Florida...
I can't help but imagine if this was a decent attractive uniformed woman doing it to a 16 year old guy, some of you would be saying "Nice.."
While on the flip side, this guy is a fuckhead trying to get lust from underage chicks.
Why? Is there a good reason?
To be fair, coming back from Canada is a real pain sometimes (especially in the wrong places). I could see someone who's already stressed out from having to wait in their car for what seems like hours being a wreck once they're being questioned. Doubly so if they're terrified of authority in general.

15 FUCKING YEARS DUDE
Can you even comprehend how much of your life 15 years is?
I mean I know the past 15 years of your life has probably been doritos and videogames while screaming at your mother to get out of your room, but try to put yourself in other peoples shoes.

To add to this: 15 years is how long it would take to go from the first grade to becoming a junior. In college. That is a SHIT TON of life experience going down the shitter. However, as it has been stated before in this thread, that's only the MAXIMUM sentence he would get. There's a fairly large chance that his actual sentencing will be shorter than that.
It's illegal to have sex?
What has our world come to?
It's illegal to have sex?

It's illegal to have sex with a person younger than the age of consent, yes. It doesn't justify what the officer did, though.
It's illegal to have sex?

Yeah uh it is if one of the people is 19 and the other is 15.
