Well you could probably get some kid off the street in LA to do a job where he ends up telling the cops it was you because he used a mac-10 to try and kill him on the street and he missed, killing 10 bystanders in the process, in exchange for no death penalty, for a few grand. Or you could hire a professional for a few times more.
