That's not a lol, I think it's the Arab word for oops.
it's pronounced "Afaa" it's gulf slang, but not for oops. It's used when someone else screws up or something funny happens to them.
Example of use:
*dude 1 slips on a banana peel and falls"
Dude 2 through 7: Afaa
