I don't think there has ever been a posts of your's that wasn't complete garbage, that I have seen.
Jesus. I didn't think an escalator could do that to a person, just mulch them up like that...
God. And the worst part is, I'm already terrified of elevators. So now what do I do when my legs are tired!?

You see a guy on an escalator, then he's gone.
At the very end you see a still of some sort of bodyparts soup but it's not that bad.
That is a horrible way to die. :o

But what if it's a super-tall building!?
Alright, as if I needed any more incentive to do so, I'm building a jet-pack. So long as it gets me to the top floor, It's k.

Bodyparts soup? For me it looked like a mess of mechanical parts, no guts, no blood, no gore in general.
Not as disturbing as being sucked into a jet engine, did you know that the titanium blades of the turbine are designed to obliterate anything that gets sucked into it so that the engine doesn't get destroyed?
That's no way to go up in the corporate world. In all seriousness that would suck, confirms fear of escalators.
Brr.
No way am I going near any escalators for a good few days.

I think comparing worse ways to die isn't the point. The fact is, someone got turned to mince-meat by an escalator - that's horrific enough without telling me he could have been totally obliterated by a jet engine.
We could use all those resources we wasted on those damnable escalators for something more useful.
I mean, seriously, it's not that hard to walk up on some stairs! Or get a ramp for bags on wheels!
Whos bright idea was it to record a video clip from a computer then upload the recording?
Not like this would ever happen under normal circumstances... the material he was carrying got wedged in between the escalator and ceiling, forcing it open under him. I have no idea why he kept holding onto the material... it cost him his life.
That being said, if someone goes up the escalator with a huge board I will probably wait for them to make it all the way up to the top before I get on

I don't think Escalators can literally turn you into a mincemeat, more like painful crush-crush-crush operation every 50cm. Real life isn't "Final Destination", not everything mechanical with moving-metal-parts are potential murdermachines that turns you into a red pudding in a very cruesome and painful way.

That reminds me of, I remember one time being on a escalator with another customer infront of me carrying a long box, when the staff rushed in screaming before they hit the red emergency button that stopped the escalator.
Now I know why
Is Liveleak extremely slow to load for anyone else?
This story reminds me of a scene from Terror Firmer. Where a fat guy (Jacob) gets eaten by an escalator.
Well I know what I'll be having nightmares about!
Can't watch the video, says "Item not found".
Nevermind, worked the second time.
Wasn't that bad to watch, a little weird.
