Seriously, if people want to criticize the game's mechanics, that's fine. But if you're going to criticize, you have to at least know what the mechanics ARE.

Here's a really well made tutorial on the basic mechanics of Killer Instinct by Maximilian. I really can't explain how the game works better than this.
