Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
"But! Everyone else were making heart jokes and they were rated funny..."
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
Because he is a heartless individual.
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
Because people feel that irrelevant video game references are a "coping mechanism"
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
Don't you know the rules of SH? The person to post the funniest video game/movie/tv reference wins the most funny ratings, it what everyone strives for.
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
Why do you care?
the fuck, botswana?
Fixed that for you
Wow. This is like some satanic panic shit conservative housewives got salty over in the 80's except this actually happened.
Why would you think this is even remotely appropriate to post?
People trying to rake in the funnies by trumping or emulating the sonic drowning thread :v:
Botswana Makes sense.
People trying to rake in the funnies by trumping or emulating the sonic drowning thread :v:
I'm sure plenty of people were heartless bastards before that thread existed.
People trying to rake in the funnies by trumping or emulating the sonic drowning thread :v:
No one can beat that post. Its impossible.
Why do you care?
Because I generally like to assume that I'm surrounded by people that aren't royally fucked in the head. I generally don't care about insensitive humour, but there's a fine line between being insensitive and being totally out there.
Because people feel that irrelevant video game references are a "coping mechanism"
How is that irrelevant lmao
How is that irrelevant lmao
It provides no value to the topic at hand. Seriously, a boy gets savagely killed and you think a video game reference is relevant? Please, spare me.
It provides no value to the topic at hand. Seriously, a boy gets savagely killed and you think a video game reference is relevant? Please, spare me.
How is someone having their heart ripped out not relevant to someone having their heart ripped out?
How is someone having their heart ripped out not relevant to someone having their heart ripped out?
Because one was a real living human child who was brutally murdered and the other is a sprite from an arcade game holy fuck
news.com.au has the worst journalists writing their articles. What type of culture/cult does ritual killings like this, does anyone know?
news.com.au has the worst journalists writing their articles. What type of culture/cult does ritual killings like this, does anyone know?
...Many? The majority of ancient religions held the heart as a center of power and strength. In Egypt, the internal organs were preserved in jars and placed alongside their mummified owners, so they could carry on the strength, knowledge, etc. that they had in life to the other side. In the Americas and Africa, warriors of some groups would eat the hearts of their enemies as it was believed they would gain their strength. Nowadays, there's still plenty of religions and cultures that place high value on the important organs like the heart and brain. Hell, modern society place high values on them beyond their physical usefulness.
The wee boy was five
Ah yes, Scotland
How is someone having their heart ripped out not relevant to someone having their heart ripped out?
Wow insensitive much. One is a tragedy and a real event, the other is some random shit.
