People will follow the network they love instead of the people who host it, I feel sorry for DirecTV reps on the other line having to hear peoples complaining
If you see the facebook page about "when DirecTV drops Viacom" crap, take a look at all the silly and dumb posts there are on the page.
Grab out the popcorn everyone, we've got another dick move the size of that incident in '08 with YouTube fruxodaily mentioned.
Wow I guess they don't like it when people watch their shows
Wow I guess they don't like it when people watch their shows
Most of their shows are crap, anyway. Spongebob used to be a great cartoon then after the movie it started getting shitty.

[editline]13th July 2012[/editline] Out of 26 channels, those are the two shows that I think are worthwhile on Viacom.
Media distribution and syndication companies are notoriously shady.
they don't give a fuck how angry you get, in their mind all that matters is profit.
you'd think the popular opinion of the company would be directly proportional to their profits (it is)
The Nick one is the best. "You're missing Icarly and victorious!"I think they forgot their trying to persuade people, not turn them away.
iCarly was alright when it started, then it got fucking shit real fast
Whoever made this decision at Viacom is probably insane because this decision makes no sense at all and is going to get them to lose money. If they didn't want people watching the shows online in the first place, why put them there and slap ads all over the place?
am i tripping or can i not watch anything on my dvr that was recorded from a viacom channel?
am i tripping or can i not watch anything on my dvr that was recorded from a viacom channel?
Still should be able to as recordings are stored on hard drives.
Why do people keep torrenting our shit whyyyyyyyy
The worst part about this is that they're trying to make themselves look like the good guys. OMFG DIRECTV DROPPED US!!! PLEASE GIVE USE YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T DESERVE ANY MORE BECAUSE WE MAKE BILLIONS A YEAR.
iCarly was alright when it started, then it got fucking shit real fast
I actually watched a couple episodes and it was terrible in the beginning The actual story part was just "meh whatever" but when they actually did the "web show", MY GOD CRINGING ALL OVER THE PLACE.
At this hour I'm just missing my "90s are All That"
If you saw the channels on DirecTV before they were taken down, there were two seperate tickers, one from Viacom and one from DirecTV, on the screen at the same exact time, trying to blame each other for the situation. It looked pretty ridiculous.
What will I do without my 2-3 hours of Everybody Loves Raymond on TVland?
I don't like it when the tv people argue. If I didn't have a computer I might have to do something... Productive. Eugh.
They don't even have to do that. Half of the ignorant customers of DirecTV already blame DirecTV anyways.
Good riddance is what their tech support would say for them not understanding the obvious. However, some other poor TS sap is going to have to deal with their stupidity when they switch to one of DirecTV's competitors.

Not really care for that kind of channel(HBO would be better), but that is better than nothing. About the whole blocking online programming, is Viacom trying to be the worst network company(as in owning channels on cable/satellite)? That is bullshit on what they are trying to do, plus, people can just check DirecTV's side of the problem and start thinking that Viacom is at fault(which they are).
I don't like it when the tv people argue. If I didn't have a computer I might have to do something... Productive. Eugh.
Unfortunately, there argument has spilled into the wonderful world of online streaming.

I think I'd rather not.
Viacom, as a company, is making worse decisions than a 12 year old child on a sugar-bender at this point. Seriously, what the fuck are they thinking by screwing over ALL of their subscribers because DirecTV won't take their shit?
They went full retard yesterday when they started sending out the propaganda videos.
viacom have been "full retard" long before any of this directv dispute.
As long as I can still watch AMC, I don't give a fuck if they shut down channels I don't even watch.
Others, like "Jersey Shore," were blocked.
At least some good has come out of this.
And everyone can get whatever the hell show they want at any time through various means. really TV channels are obsolete now, I don't see why people still make a huge deal out of them.

That seems to be the only channel that realizes that people like watching shows with an actual plot or real characters, rather than pointless stupid reality TV shows or endless reruns of crappy sitcoms that were bad even when they came out.
