Same here. But then, most people with ATI cards haven't had any problems. It is namely Nvidia Cards that have trouble playing.
I have FPS issues on my 5850.
how are so many gamebreaking bugs not caught in you know the DEVELOPMENT or TESTING phase??????

DID they test it?
Honestly I don't think that they put any effort in to testing the game before release.
"It's okay, we'll release a almost unplayably buggy game. Maybe we'll patch it."
Look at Elderscrolls 2 (I think thats the one), it was impossible to finish due to the bugs.
Wonder when they'll fix it so I'm actually able to even launch the game.
Getting kinda sick of this "this game is currently unavailable" bullshit.
I might buy this game in a month, hopefully they have ironed out most of the problems by then.
It will also probably be 30 bucks.
I haven't had a problem with this game, low fps is a given with my computer.
Everything else seems fine and dandy.
The first time I started the game I thought something along the lines of "well, let's how long I can play before it crashes or gets bugged". Damn did I feel shitfaced when it crashed right at the launcher.
Other than that it's been fine except for the occassional FPS drop.
I havn't encountered any bugs, besides the occasional eagle flying backwards. I have played for 18,3 hours, and have crashed once. I crashed while loading, but the save still worked, so lost absolutely 0 seconds of gameplay. The game also runs smoother than FO3, with no stutter at all, which i had a lot of in the original.
The performance fix on Fallout Nexus gave me ridiculous amounts of reserve FPS.

I don't even remember seeing my fps dropping below 30, and i run with a average of 50. So don't shy away from buying it if you are afraid of bugs.
