I feel bad for them. Their minds have been so degraded by the shit they watch and listen to that they honestly think that isn't a family. I also keep remembering a Swedish article of a 8 year old that got adopted from a orphanage, the girl saw all other children leave with a "mother and father" she got two mothers, she didn't know what to say and kept it to herself for several years and developed several issues because of it.
It's just like people keep talking about the adults' rights. But don't actually care, thinking everything will turn out good for the child. I of course still think gay couples should have the same rights, but adoption is another chapter.

I didn't assume anything, I distinctly remember him coming out a while back. It is also the American Psychological Association's opinion among countless other scholarly bodies that gay adoption has no inherent negative impact on a child's development, which is why I think he is misinformed.
