I haven't decided anything, it's often that I hear that hate crime is much worse than normal crime. Someone murdered a black person because of racism? Hate crime, send him to jail for a lot. Someone murdered a person? Not hate crime, gets less time.

If someone kills someone simply because they are black, they are pretty likely to want to kill other people too
if someone kills their ex girlfriend because she slept with their best friend, that situation is less likely to repeat itself

I know people who know the guy, he attended Northwest Rankin.
He pulls up on the interstate, goes to the first business he see's, runs over the black guy in the parking lot, meets up with his friend at waffle house and says,
"Yeah I killed that fuckin' nigger."
It was a hate crime, plain and simple. Pretty fucking disgusting to me.
