Semen is sperm suspended in what amounts to liquid sugar. It's full of things that bacteria like to grow in.

I think this would be fair if he was working in a job where he wasn't preparing food for individuals.
But the fact that he would jeopardize the sanitary condition of his kitchen by touching himself and/or jizzing in the process is pretty sick and disturbing.
I mean granted, I would want to see the specifics of what he was doing. But even then, sperm is very hard to kill and doesn't necessarily die with water and soap. Theoretically, he could have masturbated in the shop, washed his hands, and then put his hands against a cooked pizza or shook a customer's hand.
I mean it depends on the situation and what he specifically did before and after, but I don't think it's unfair to at least look into legal options for that sort of situation. I mean, I would feel pretty disgusted and cheated if my pizzas were created in an area where someone might be touching them after masturbating. It depends on more information that an investigation could bring up.
