Also I can have this under my seat thanks to Rick Perry making it Legal for me to carry 'pistols' unlicensed as long as I only carry it in my Car Also god bless the ATF and their lax gun classifications
Let me guess, you watch an action movie and now you're a gun expert. Stop making stupid assumptions.
Or maybe he's read the Darwin Awards before.

Seriously America? Seriously?
One man doesn't equal an entire country.
Lmao. Seriously America? Seriously?
Yep. It's what 100% of Americans do. We just mumble something and then proceed to accidentally shoot ourselves :)
Darwin Award?
Alright, just found three Texas-related stories for your pleasure.
could you report the weather too?
I told you not to touch that darn thing.
No it doesn't Learn our laws before you speak about what is and isn't illegal here
Gah looks like it changed in 2005 for Texas. Though it still begs the question of why was he unloading it because he saw a police officer?

A stock?
sounds like a cover up
Gah looks like it changed in 2005 for Texas. Though it still begs the question of why was he unloading it because he saw a police officer?
He obviously wasn't very smart.
How in the fuck did you get that classified as a pistol?
No stock, barrel under a certain length.
A stock?
Yes, and this isn't some legal gray area bullshit, the ATF has taken this to the United States Supreme Court and lost after they found that after Removing the Stock from a Rifle it legally constitutes as a pistol after the ATF attempted to declare 'Once a Rifle always a Rifle'. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Thompson-Center_Arms_Company [editline]04:59PM[/editline]
No stock, barrel under a certain length.
No, there's no maximum length for pistol barrels under U.S. Law [editline]05:07PM[/editline]
Gah looks like it changed in 2005 for Texas. Though it still begs the question of why was he unloading it because he saw a police officer?
He probably was: A - Not Familiar With the laws B - Panicked when the Police Car passed by since he was unloading the gun since you have to keep the gun concealed C - A Felon
You know how the people most likely to wanna get naked are the people you least want to see naked, like at a beach or something? You know how the people who are least able to know how to drive a superfast sportscar are the most likely to be able to own one? Every day it seems another story comes out reminding me that the people most likely to fuck around with a gun are the people least capable of even holding a gun safely.
Every other country who has strict weapon laws finds the laws in the us concernig weapons are much too loose. Why having ab weapon at all? Self defense is no argument if there were nearly nobody allowed to carry a weapon with him (no weapons, no threats, no deadly escalations, no need for weapons as self defense)
Thats a pretty idiotic statement...
Shouldn't caliber have anything to do with it? I mean, if it fires 5.56 NATO rounds, it sure as hell ain't a pistol.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but is that not pretty ridiculous? Shouldn't caliber have anything to do with it? I mean, if it fires 5.56 NATO rounds, it sure as hell ain't a pistol.
Well who decides which is which? .22 is a common pistol caliber, is it not? Even though it is .22LR (Long Rifle) Quite frankly, I think nobody has any right to decide what I can and cannot carry. If I want to carry an M203 for self defense, then I should be able to. I should also be held accountable for any damage I cause to a 3rd party or their property, but I should be able to carry what I want.
Talk about shooting ahead in traffic

No need for weapons, right? Oh yeah, also your mandible.

[sp]A pistol is more powerful[/sp] [editline]07:06PM[/editline] But seriously if you really want to make out a gun as big and bad, pick something that fires 7.62mm NATO like this one
