The league and that shit is a PR stunt for attention, from what it looks like some kid got his hands on some bot nets and is trying to turn himself into some kind of e-hitman taking out websites targeting people like phantomlord and this runescape streamer to get his name out there.

The way eves server network is programmed it's pretty much impossible to ddos since it just slows down time in areas with a high load :v:
