Retrieving the data from Reddit has been limited / capped, too many people are using the section of the site so it stops any more connections until it frees up.

The content on the NLAN link come from Reddit's CDN, so they'll still be up. They prevent access to the access on Reddit as the text content has to be read from databases and Reddit then has to put that information into templates which can strain on the servers.

Unless shit has changed since I moved back into dota from lol, it's a general rule of thumb not to get exp boosts since it means you'll level faster, and thus get less ip for runes, so you'll be at a disadvantage.

TBH French people are the worst I've ever encountered in online gaming. I used to play Monster Hunter Frontier KR and we had an international English speaking guild, but then a huge French Clan decided to join on the SAME server on the SAME channel and speak only French. It was a complete disaster and every single one of them I played with were extremely rude.
