This thread makes me feel lonely. No, not really.

That's still one third of teenagers that are going to be doing it without any knowledge or protection. The problem isn't that teenagers are sexually active, the problem is that they're getting pregnant and getting STDs and dumb shit like that. Plus, the abstinence programs usually have a religious slant to them, since that's where the rediculous idea of preaching abstinence came from in the first place. Tax dollars don't need to be funding that.
