DH illegally down his review video in 2014 (that stuff gives you a strike on your channel, luckily he got it sorted out), threatened him with lawsuits multiple times in 2015 through phone calls and messages, sued him early 2016 for $10 million, recently raised it to $15 million.
As well as other shady shit. A lot of it is senseless bluffing and hot air to try and scare him, but they are completely fucked now.
oh yeah and they tried to crowdfund their shenanigans against Jim Sterling but it quickly got shut down because of people abusing the crowdfunding service to make DH lose money through chargebacks :v:
representing themselves, suing steam members for """bad reviews""", also trying to fuck valve with their dildo, then they get their shit removed off steam and then get bulldozed by corporate lawyers
fucking idiots
they haven't been bulldozed just yet but bring the popcorn because this is going to be fucking great

I still want to hear their opinion on this
Also, worth checking out (From July 2015)

What the fucking fuck did these people think would happen? Jesus.
Good riddance, they're done for.

"Dragon Fuckers League"... :disgust:
They fucked something for sure, but it ain't a dragon. Maybe a wasp hive, though. A hive made by the worst Africanized wasps even Satan himself would stay the hell away from.
I seriously don't think they could have made a more idiotic move. Way to completely destroy whatever it was that they had going for them.
Edit: Like, jesus fucking christ.
Sarah To The Rescue? Ok.
Sarah To The Rescue 2? Ehh..
Sarah To The Rescue 3? Now you're pushing it.
Sarah To The Rescue 4? Ok you can stop now.
Sarah To The Rescue 5? Sure, why not make another?
Jeeeeesus christ. How have I not heard of these guys before?
Well, RIP.
I sent them an e-mail laughing at them. Hope I don't get sued!
Haaaaaaaah get fucked DH, deserve it you stupid cunts
Looks like they deserved all of it lmao
Im actually surprised that valve responded to this in a timely manner.
Now if they would put the same effort into their many other problems, that would be great
I'm not. Quality control is one thing, but trying to get in their way and harass their customer base at the same time.. That's an entirely different game they don't want any part of.
Can't wait till someone sues them back for 'Personal damages'

Its fucking glorious looking at this and the store page.
Digital Suicide.

So piss off Valve = actually getting any response within 1 year.
I guess shitting out shovelware wasn't making enough money. Hope he has some of the money he made banked though because he's going to need it for the impending legal shitstorm.
I don't understand...
How do they not see that the game is like a pile of garbage pupeteered by bloodied surgical stapples and suctures like a monster?
I'd really like to know how they look at it and expect people to give it anything other than bad reviews.

They know it's bullcrap. They just doctor it with misleading advertisement and buzzwords. They spend maybe $400 buying all premade assets for a game, then release it at ~$10 expecting a profit from morons and children buying it.
It'd be a clever scheme if they weren't being completely braindead and started attacking journalists/customers and bribing with steam keys for good reviews.
What kind of drugs are these guys on to think this is a good idea?
remember on 1000 ways to die with the guy huffing his own crap and other peoples crap in a bucket? i'd imagine thats what it is.
Left a nice message on their facebook wall that they promptly deleted. Probably gonna get sued next week.
Which one is it? I'm curious, I can't find it no matter how many searches I do.

I found that one, which isn't being used by the looks of it.
[editline]18th September 2016[/editline]
Oh and somebody linked their FB profile on a comment on that page.
... He's a father?
It was mentioned in the Jim Sterling interview about how he has 3 kids in the very beginning of it. One can only wonder how this incessant need of attention and the "never my fault!" demeanor of theirs might affect those kids and their relationship with their parents.
Yeah, they're very clearly trying to harass and threaten Steam users, especially when making sure to include things like the "Dragon Fuckers" group thing.
I feel really bad for those who got listed still.
At the very least, their actual personal info didn't get leaked but they still have to deal with crazies or just really self-loathing people who have nothing else better to do but to look for someone to mock.
[editline]September 17th, 2016[/editline]
One more thing: fuck off Digital Homicide for that, and everything else you've done since the past two years.

To be fair, there is a crime here.

That's what I don't get. Why they are standing by their crap. Did Sterling's review make such a hit that they had to go into suicide mode?

Not everybody watches Jim Sterling or reads any kind of reviews. And a lot of people buy bad games on purpose, either for themselves or their friends.
The stats for Temper Tantrum alone reveal why they didn't off themselves previously:
[t]https://i.gyazo.com/f6a70ba87b0a6fa28222bf79c349652f.png[/t]
Most sales came from when the game was $0.49 or $0.99. It's a fairly significant amount of money, even post Steam tax.
Naturally there's an uncertain amount of free keys and refunds (negative money for DH) among these "sales", but it should still leave them with way more than their put into the assets.
So now that they have committed massive PR suicide, they will be known as 'that guy' of the gaming industry and will likely never be able to make another game again

Pffthhhh oh they will. :v:
They've published games under different names before, even pretending to be another existing company because Steam doesn't pay any attention whatsoever.

Remember than all those games have steam cards, which is the only reason they sold any games, that and the games owned badge. IIRC devs get a cut of card sales from their games, do they not?

10% of every Market transaction related to their IP, while Valve takes 5% ontop of that for themselves. Backgrounds, emotes, cards, tradeable items, you name it. The seller keeps the final 85%.
A €0.03 transaction gives €0.01 to the seller, €0.01 to Valve and €0.01 to the developer, as it rounds up. Imagine how much that'll make them.
As a steamworks developer I can confirm that its really not much. I sold 100k copies and only made about 180 from cards over 2 years. Even spamming the games shouldnt make you that much.

You actually developed a product on your own time rather than just reselling cheap Unity store content anyone could find, though. Man hours are a pretty big deal if you were to factor in a minimum wage x time.
There's also a pretty big difference in prices, played copies, average play time and quantity of games etc, comparing Digital Homicide's Steamspy pages to yours. Not to mention the Steamcardexchange and Market sites showing the quantity of Cards and badge rewards, which also has a significantly larger demand compared to yours, yet again, due to the entire DH shitfest.
I could go on and on. Point is, they made a lot of money off of doing fuck all, despite being widely known as a bunch of bell-ends.
Snip for now
Hm?
Why'd you snip it? Seems relevant enough.
