Most of the time, it's the parents that put them up to it. :/ And in the end, the kids end up getting so involved with that kind of life that they turn into huge drama queens/kings who are little shitheads. Although, there are some kids who genuinely want to do it and the parents encourage them, even if they're not the best looking kids. Which is nice, as long as they let the kids choose and know where to draw the line with the choices of clothing.
